PASS THE PLATE, SHARE THE MOMENT

Chattanooga's Destination for Tapas & Wine

THE ART OF DINING TOGETHER

At Amada, we believe the best meals are the ones shared.

Inspired by the joy of gathering around the table, we serve elevated tapas-style small plates, a carefully curated wine selection, and seasonal cocktails designed to bring people together.

Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, enjoying date night, or gathering with friends over exceptional food and wine, every detail is guided by warm hospitality, refined flavors, and the art of lingering around the table. We encourage the unhurried time spent talking, laughing, and connecting even after the food is gone.

WHAT AWAITS AT THE TABLE

Elevated Tapas

Small plates inspired by the Spanish tapas serving style. Designed to be shared and allows guests to sample a wide variety of flavors without committing to one entree per person. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to spark conversation, encourage discovery, and create a dining experience that unfolds one plate at a time.

Curated Wines &
Seasonal Cocktails

From distinctive wines to creative seasonal cocktails, every pour is selected to complement the experience. Whether you're discovering a grape from a new region of the world or sticking with the classic gin and tonic, there's always a sip worth savoring.

Chattanooga's Only Paella

Served traditionally and made to share, our signature paella has become a guest favorite. Prepared fresh and designed to bring people together around the table, it's an experience that keeps guests coming back for another taste. Our paellas are made to order & served in a 10-inch paella pan with saffron-infused calasparra rice. We offer a traditional seafood paella and a seasonally rotating paella.

LOVE NOTES

  • "I love this place. Very chic and trendy. It’s a beautiful space, and the staff is amazing. The food is great. It’s a limited menu, but there really is enough to satisfy anyone. As a vegetarian, I can easily fill up on their small plates. Their drinks and desserts are really good."

  • "Amazing atmosphere, excellent wine list, and beautifully crafted seasonal tapas. We love ordering a variety of plates to share so everyone gets to try a bit of everything. Always a fantastic experience at Amada!"

    — Sarah H.

  • "Was in for a conference alone and stopped by for a quick bite and a glass of wine. Was welcomed with open arms and came back the next night for a wine pairing! Service: amazing! Food: superb! Wine and cocktails: to die for! Will be making this a must-stop whenever I visit Chattanooga. I cannot recommend this place enough, and no matter how hungry you are (or what you like to eat), you will be satisfied."
